Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State.

By this application, the Applicant seeks temporary/interim bail to enable him to attend the wedding ceremony of his two brothers, which are scheduled to be held on 11th and 12th May, 2015 and reception which is scheduled to be held on 13th May, 2015. He submits that the applicant is

2/3 ready to given an undertaking and abide by any of the conditions which may be imposed by this Court during the said period. He submits that the applicant has no antecedents.

3. Learned APP states that strict conditions be imposed on the applicant during the said period.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions ;

ORDER

i) The Applicant shall be released from Arthur Road Jail on 10th May, 2015, before 10.00 a.m., ;

ii) The Applicant shall furnish P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- to the concerned police station, soon after his release on 10th May, 2015 ;

iii) During the said period, the Applicant shall attend the Deonar Police Station, Mumbai, from 11th to 13th May, 2015, between 9.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. ;

iv) The Applicant shall surrender on 14th May, 2015, before 12.00 noon, before the Jailor, Arthur Road Jail ;

3/3 v) The aforesaid order be communicated to the Jailor, Arthur Road Jail, for compliance of the same. 5.
