This application is for stay to the impugned order passed by the trial Court, directing the appellant to deposit an amount of Rs.51.90,750/- including no fault liability alongwith interest at the rate of 8% per annum, from the date of application till realisation with proportionate costs.

Stay in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application, is granted to the execution of said order subject to condition of appellant's depositing entire amount in the trial Court, within 8 weeks. 3.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
