Learned Counsel for the Appellant informs the Court that the suit is still pending before the Trial Court. Though the letter dated 29-8-2015 seeks extension of time of one year to dispose of the suit, it appears that the said suit has still not been disposed of.

In these circumstances, extension is now granted for a period of six months from today to dispose of the suit. The Trial Court shall ensure that the suit is disposed of positively by then.
