Learned APP has invited my attention to a Discharge Summary issued by Poona Hospital and Research Centre in respect of one Mr.Lashkari Mohammadali Iqbal. The Discharge Summary refects that the patient was diagnosed with Acute Coronary Syndrome and Coronary Angiography and Angioplasty are carried out 25th June, 2021. He came to be discharged from the hospital on 29th June, 2021. The Discharge Summary and the statement of Mr.Lashkari Mohammadali Iqbal are taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'A' and 'B' respectively.

Taking note of the aforesaid development, request made by the applicant for his release on temporary bail on the ground that his father is extremely critical, does not survive. The application of the applicant is already rejected on merits M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 28 BA-2101-21.doc by this Court on 14th June 2019. The present application, therefore, cannot be entertained in light of the Discharge Summary produced by the learned APP.

The application is dismissed.
