The Petitioner has sought benefits of Ashwasit Pragati Yojana on the ground that the Petitioner has completed 17 years of her service. There is no refusal by any of the Respondents of the claim made by the Petitioner. In view of this position, we are of the opinion that the Respondent No. 4 who would be the authority to look into the grievance of the Petitioner should take a decision in 1/2

36. wp 3284-19.doc respect of the Petitioner's case. The copy of the Petition be treated as the representation of the Petitioner.

Learned AGP states that the copy of the Petition will be forwarded to the Respondent No.4. He states that three months time may be granted to take a decision in the matter. 4.

Though learned counsel for the Petitioner states that shorter time be given considering that the record is old, we accept the request made by the learned AGP of three months period. 5.

A reasoned decision be taken within a period of three months. Thereafter, it be communicated to the Petitioner on the address of the Petitioner mentioned in the Petition. 6.
