The application is moved for modification of the order dated 6th January, 2016 of granting anticipatory bail application by furnishing one solvent surety to the tune of Rs. 25,000/-. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants/accused that instead of one solvent surety, the applicants be permitted to furnish one or two solvent sureties of Rs. 25,000/- each in his Anticipatory Bail Application No. 535 of 2015. He pointed out that on 18th April, 2016 his application for modification was rejected by the learned Sessions Judge and hence he is before this Court. Vishal 1 of 2
prod-2-appln-281-2016.doc On query the learned counsel submits that the applicants/accused are facing prosecution for the offences under Section 420 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

In view of the above, the application is allowed.

The condition No. 2 in the order dated 6th January, 2016 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 535 of 2015 is modified as under:
"In the event of arrest, the applicants/ accused be enlarged on bail upon furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount."

Accordingly the application stands disposed of.
