2] By virtue of the self operative order dated 28 January 2015, this appeal stands dismissed.

3] There was some delay on the part of the appellant in filing the paper book within the prescribed period. 4] Though, learned counsel for the respondent opposed restoration, the appeal is restored subject to appellant paying cost of Rs.2,500/- each (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred) to respondent nos. 2 and 3 within a period of four weeks from today.

5] Once the appeal is restored, the Registry to take necessary action, since the valuation of the appeal is less than Rupees One Crore.

6] Civil application is disposed of.
