Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned additional public prosecutor for the State.

Perused the impugned order. Since the main bail application is pending, it was just and proper that the applicants should have been released on interim order. Hence, I pass the following order.

The applicants be released on bail in sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one solvent surety each in the like amount in the event of his arrest in C.R. No.199 of 2015, Borey 1/2

spb/ 915-apl467-15.sxw registered with Wakad Police Station, Pune for the offence punishable under section 326 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicants shall attend the investigation officer / police station daily between 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. till his main bail application is decided.

This order shall remain in force till the main application under section 438 of the IPC is decided by the learned additional Sessions Judge.

This application stands disposed of in the above terms.
