Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.745 of 2022 registered with Islampur Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 420, 406, 409, 465, and 468 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('Penal Code'). 3.

Learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer who is present in Court, submits that post investigation, the Shraddha Talekar, PS 1/2

29-ABA-1260-2023.doc Investigating Agency has proposed to file A-Summary and the proposal awaits the approval of the Sub-Divisional Officer before the same is tendered before learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Islampur.

In view of the aforesaid statement, since the applicant has already been granted interim protection by order dated 28th April 2023, the application deserve to be allowed.

Hence, the following order :

: O R D E R :

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in C.R. No.745 of 2022 registered with Islampur Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 420, 406, 409, 465, and 468 read with section 34 of the Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The application stands disposed.
