1] Learned counsel for the Petitioner has restricted the claim in the Petition for remand of the matter to the Grievance Committee on the ground that the order passed by the Grievance Committee was passed without giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner.

2] In that view of the matter, the order passed by the Grievance Committee is quashed and set aside. The matter is remitted to the Grievance Committee for considering afresh after BGP. 1 of 2

giving an opportunity of hearing to all the parties including the Petitioner.
