1) This is an application for intervention by the first informant in CR No.139/2016 dated 6.3.2016 registered with Andheri Police Station, Mumbai.

2) For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3) The applicant in ABA No.690 of 2017 is directed to implead the first informant as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the first informant within the said stipulated period.
