DATE: JULY 12, 2022 P.C.:- 1] Petitioner has furnished an undertaking in the form of affidavit dated 11th July, 2022 which is taken on record whereby undertaking is furnished to this Court that the Petitioner shall vacate the suit premises within four weeks.

2] Undertaking is accepted.

3] Petitioner to vacate the suit premises in any case by 12th August, 2022.

4] As regards issue of payment of rent, security deposit pursuant to the order of the Family Court is concerned, if the Respondent-husband fails to comply with the same, Petitioner will have appropriate remedy 1/2
