After hearing both the sides, the order impugned dated 5th May, 2015, granting bail to the applicant is modified as under :

i.

The applicant shall be released on bail in sum of Rs.5 lakhs with one solvent surety in the like amount or a cash deposit of Rs.5 lakhs in lieu of surety. Borey 1/2

Condition No. 2 of the impugned order dated 05.05.2015 shall stand deleted.

Condition Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the impugned order shall remain the same.
