1] At the outset, Ms.Kasle, learned Special P.P. pointed out Order dated 30th September 2019 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2589 of 2018 filed by the co-accused Ganesh Gunaji Koyande. By the said Order, this Court has directed the Trial Court to conclude the recording of evidence in the present case by 31st March 2020.

2] In view of the Order dated 30th September 2019, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if the aforestated directions issued by this Court are not complied with by the prosecution.

Leave and liberty granted.
