It is fairly stated by Mr. Mendadkar, Advocate for the Petitioners in all petitions, that in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court delivered on 6th July, 2017 in the case of Chairman & Managing Director, Food Corporation of India vs. Jagdish Balaram Bahira [AIR 2017 SC 3271], no relief can be granted in terms of the prayers made in these petitions. In view of this fair statement of Mr. Mendadkar and bearing in mind the position in law, all the above writ petitions are dismissed.
