Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that all the respondents are served. Statement is accepted. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and I have perused the averments made in the civil application. Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the legal heirs of the respondent no.1 states that he has no objection if the reliefs as prayed in the civil application are granted. Statement is accepted. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the respondents within one week from the date of carrying out amendment. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
