1] After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No. 236 of 2017 registered with Dahisar Police Station, Mumbai, now culminated into Special Case No. 313 of 2017 pending on the file of the Additional Sessions Court at Dindoshi does not commence within a period of six months from today. Leave and liberty granted.
