By this civil application, the Applicant is seeking to continue the interim stray granted by this Court by order dated 29th April, 2015 in Civil Application No. 1644 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that it remained on their part to deposit the entire amount in the Court as per the order dated 29th April, 2015. Hence, the Applicant preferred civil application No. 1643 of 2015 for extension of time. It is submitted that, this Court vide its order dated 19th November, 2015 in civil application No.1643 of 2015, extended time to deposit the entire decreetal amount along with interest accrued thereon upto 14th December, 2014. He submits that the Applicant deposited the entire amount in Tribunal on 8th December, 2015.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that in view of the deposit of the entire decreetal amount, this Court be pleased to stay the operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 11th September, 2014.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as the entire amount is deposited, as per the order dated 19th November, 2015, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this civil application. Hence, following order:

ORDER

(A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads thus:

"(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to extent the stay to the operation, execution, implementation, effect and further proceedings pursuant to the impugned Judgment and Award dated 11th September, 2014, passed by the Learned Member of M.A.C.T., Nashik in M.A.C.P. No. 813 of 2007, till the hearing and final disposal of the present Appeal."
