The Petitioner has annexed a copy of the order dated 17.09.2018 passed in Public Interest Litigation No. 107 of 2009 in which the Court is monitoring the directions issued from time to time regarding constructions within the CRZ areas without necessary permissions. 2.

Thus, we do not entertain the instant Petition for the reason the issue is already been monitored by this Court in Public Interest Litigation No. 107 of 2009.

The Public Interest Litigation is dismissed.
