This is an application for bringing L.Rs. of the sole petitioner, since deceased, on record. The petitioner died on 8.1.2017. Application is filed on 2.5.2017. There is delay of 17 days in filing the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out sufficient cause for condoning delay. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c) with no order as to costs. Amendment shall be carried out within 14 days from today. Order accordingly.
