ORDER:- The Applicant/Petitioner has taken out this Civil Application for condonation of delay, as the matter was dismissed as none appeared for the Petitioner. Also none appeared for the Respondents on that day.

Considering the averments made and as the Petitioner would have not gained anything by not attending his own matter, as the impugned order is of termination, therefore, in the interest of justice and to give one more opportunity to the Petitioner and as the 1/2
