This Civil Application seeks condonation of delay of 47 days in filing the present First Appeal. There is no reply to the Civil Application.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed and the delay is condoned. Office shall now number the First Appeal, subject to removal of other office objections, if any. The First Appeal to come up on board for admission on 24 April 2017.
