The application seeks condonation of delay of 79 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and award dated 17th October 2022 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Thane in MACP No.388 of 2017. The reason for delay have been explained in detail in paragraph 3 of the application. 11th January 2024

Considering the averments in the application and submission made by Ms. Warunjikar, learned counsel for the Applicant, I find that there is sufficient cause made out to condone the delay. In view of the same, delay of 79 days is condoned. The application is allowed.
