Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 2.

This application is for extension of time to relocate the hospital as per order dated 31/3/2008 in Writ Petition No.2103/2008. This Court by an order dated 31/3/2008 recorded a statement made by the Trust that they will relocate the hospital by 30/6/2009. 3.

In the present proceedings, this court, by order dated 31/3/2008 in Writ Petition No.2103/2008 accepted the statement made by the applicant that they will relocate the hospital in any event by 30/6/2009. Thereafter the applicant filed Civil Application for extension of time to relocate the hospital on several grounds. Apart from that the applicant also made Civil Application No.2898/2012 for withdrawal of their statement recorded in order dated 31/3/2008. During pendency of the present proceedings maximum workers settled

Considering the above mentioned facts that the matter is coming on board for final hearing after six years and thereafter the applicant has filed another Civil Application No.2898/2012 for withdrawing their statement recorded by this court in order dated 31/3/2008, nothing survives in the Civil Application. 5.

Hence, the Civil Application stands dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
