Report reveals that complaint of Pankaj Shahabuddin Surani is being forwarded to Police Commissioner, Vishakhapatnam as the incident in question took place at Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Report is taken on record. In view of the report, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition as its grievance no more survives with liberty to adopt proceedings if occasion arises. Shivgan 1/2
