This interim application is filed for restoration of the Writ Petition, which was dismissed by common order passed by the Registrar Judicial-I, on 27 March 2024.

By the impugned common order passed by the Registrar Judicial-I, it was directed to the Petitioner to remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from the date of the said order, and on failure, the Writ Petitions were supposed to be dismissed automatically.

Mr. Inamdar, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the Writ Petition, this Court had not issued of notice to Amol D. Nawale
905.ia.7982.2024.doc respondent. He submits that Vakalatnama was not filed on behalf of the Respondent. He submits that hence, this Court can restore the Writ Petition.

He submits that if two weeks time is granted to the Petitioner, all the office objections will be removed within the said period.

Heard. I have gone through the contents of the Interim Application. I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case to allow this Interim Application. Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to remove all the office objections within a period of two weeks from today. If learned counsel for the petitioner fails to remove all office objections within two weeks from today, the present Writ Petition to stand dismissed without further reference to Court. (RAJESH S.
