The applicant who is in jail has filed present application for transfer of proceedings from the Trial Court to another Court mainly on the ground that there is no progress in the trial. 2.

Learned advocate appointed to represent the applicant has placed on record copy of Roznama dated 9th March 2023, which shows that on 9th March 2023 charge has been framed and explained to the accused.

In that view of the matter, the present application need not be entertained.
