ORDER:- The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, in view of the fact of filing of Application/representation before the Joint District Registrar, the District Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar raising the objection with regard to the disqualification of Respondent No.2 under Section 73 CA (1) and removal under Section 78A of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, from the Managing Committee of the Baramati Sahakari Bank Linmited, Baramati (Society) dated 11 April 2016, which is pending, seeks to withdraw the present Writ Petition.
