Heard learned counsel for the applicant 2.
By this application, the Applicant seeks extension of time of eight weeks to furnish the surety as directed by this Court vide order dated 6th March, 2019.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the report of one of the sureties has come and that the second surety has not come. She submits that the applicant cannot be attributed for the said delay and therefore seeks extension of time of eight weeks from today to furnish sureties, as directed by this Court vide order dated 6th March, 2019, whilst granting bail to the applicant.

For the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed and time to furnish sureties, as directed by this Court vide order dated 6th March, 2019, is extended by a period of eight weeks from today, to enable the applicant to furnish the sureties. 5.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
