Learned counsel for the Appellant states that there is a typographical error in order dated 06/10/2021 wherein in the last paragraph this Court has recorded that Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause "(a)" instead of prayer clause "(b)". 2.

By the said order dated 06/10/2021 this Court had condoned the delay as prayed in prayer clause (b). Hence, necessary corrections be made in order dated 06/10/2021 by substituting the word ' clause (b)'

instead of 'clause (a)'.
