The learned counsel submits that after filing of the present Writ Petition, Education Officer has rejected the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner. The grounds for rejecting the proposal are the same of which clarification was sought by him earlier. Now as the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner is already rejected, Petitioner have to challenge the same.

In the light of that, Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to Mohite 1/2
