Having heard Mr. Reddy, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Rao, the learned counsel for Respondent No.2-Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation makes a statement that the order dated 19th March, 2016 passed by the Commissioner of Respondent No.2 shall be complied with as expeditiously as possible and within a period of two months from today. The statement is accepted. Needless to mention that the Respondent No.2 thereafter shall take consequential action.
