The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that proposals seeking approval to the appointment of the Rane

Rane 2/2 23-WP-7215-7216-2022.odt petitioners as Shikshan Sevak/Peon are pending before the Education Officer. The same have not yet been decided. The intervention application is filed by the person claiming himself to be the Secretary.

Upon hearing the learned Counsels, it appears that, there is a dispute as to the functioning of the Management. The relevant Circulars, provides for appropriate course of action be taken if there is a dispute in the Management. The Education Officer shall consider the same. The interested persons may raise objections to such proposals. The Education Officer shall consider the said objections and take decision on the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners as Shikshan Sevak/Peon, on its own merits in accordance with law and policy. The same shall be done within 6 months. 3.

Writ Petitions alongwith Interim Application is disposed of.
