The above Civil Application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the State in the Reference Court i.e. Court of the Learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Solapur. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. The Applicants are permitted to withdraw the decretal amount deposited, on furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Learned Civil Judge Senior Division Solapur. The State would be heard prior to acceptance of the security. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
