In this petition, the petitioner challenges the notice dated 25 th April, 2017 issued under Section 95A and seeks protection against demolition by MHADA. The parties have since arrived at an amicable settlement and tendered the Minutes of Order signed by the parties and their Advocates. The said Minutes of Order are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. It is clarified that this Court has only taken on record the said minutes and has not examined the merits of the case.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the petition. Petition is disposed of. No orders as to costs.
