Statement is accepted. 2.

The 7th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings of the Marriage Petition No.1225 of 2015 to the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane expeditiously.

Parties are directed to remain present before the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane on 25th September 2016. No order as to costs.
