Prayer of the petitioner is to transfer him from Nashik Road Prison to any jail in Uttar Pradesh so as to enable him to meet his family members. 2.

Such prayer cannot be considered. The petitioner will have to be tried within the jurisdiction of the competent court in the State of Maharashtra. 3.

In that view of the matter, we are unable to persuade ourselves to grant any relief to the petitioner. Hence, petition stands rejected. 4.
