On 26th April, 2015, the hearing of the Revision Application has been concluded. The present petition has been filed on 7th May, 2015.

Therefore, no case is made out for interference at this stage. If the decision in the Revision Application be adverse to the petitioner, the same can always be challenged on all permissible grounds including the grounds raised in this petition.
