The learned Counsel submits that Petitioner would now approach the CIDCO or its authority for waiver of delayed payment charges.

The Respondent CIDCO may take a decision upon the request of the Petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law and policy. The learned Counsel submits that the Petitioner is ready to pay the premium within 45 days. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
