DSS 901-wp-4860-15 4] Learned counsel for the parties state that on basis of this consent terms, L.E. & C. Suit No. 116/143 of 2008 are also being settled.

5] Accordingly, there shall be decree in terms of Consent Minutes of Order.

6] Further, learned counsel for the parties state that in view of consent order in Civil Revision Application No. 200 of 2015, Writ Petition No. 4860 of 2015 does not survive and same is, accordingly, disposed of .
