It is the case of Petitioner that, a jail inmate at Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik namely Mr. Azagar Ali Mohd. Mumtaj Mansuri committed suicide in jail due to ill treatment meted out to him by the Jail Authority. 2.

We have perused the record of inquiry conducted under Section 176 of Cr.P.C. by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Nashik Sub-Division. Record indicates that, the said authority has accepted the report under Section 176 of Cr.P.C. and has not indicted any Jail Officer in the said allegation. 3.

Even otherwise as per the record, Petitioner has been granted bail by the trial Court in all the cases and has been released from Jail on 23.04.2021.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
