This application is filed under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Marriage Petition No.973 of 2014 pending in the Court at Civil Judge Senior Division at Kalyan to Civil Court, Senior Division at Pune. Only ground for transfer is that applicant has a small child who was barely two months old at the time of filing of the application and it is difficult for the applicant to make arrangement for her child every time she has to attend to the court proceedings. Notice of the application has been served upon the respondent. He is absent despite service. Considering the nature of difficulty for the applicant, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
