This application is taken out for permission to applicant to furnish cash security of Rs.5,00,000/- in lieu of furnishing surety contending that though applicant is issued with solvency certificate by the office of Collector, Pune, which he has produced before the Sessions Court, which on 12.04.2019 is sent by the Court for verification, its verification is still pending since the concerned authorities of the Revenue Department are stated to be in election duty.

The order of the trial Court would reveal that applicant is held to be entitled for bail on merits and is directed to be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with one surety in the Waghmare 1/2

In that view of the matter and having considering the fact that voting in Pune constituency is over, it is expected that the concerned revenue authorities shall expedite verification of solvency certificate within one week from today. In the event no verification is done as aforestated, applicant shall be at liberty to move the trial Court praying for acceptance of provisional cash surety.

Application is disposed of in above terms.
