ORDER:- By way of this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking relief to direct Respondent No.3 to decide O.A. No. 1014 of 2014, pending for disposal before Respondent No.3.

In the light of the facts pleaded in the Petition and the consequences, the Applicant may suffer on account of delay in disposal of the application, we direct the Petitioner to make an appropriate application before Respondent No.2-Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the application by mentioning therein the reasons for expeditious disposal of the application. With this order and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with no order as to costs.
