The subject FIR was registered in the year 2008 and after completion of investigation, charge-sheet was filed in the year 2009 and the same was numbered as criminal case No.146/PW/2009 which is pending on the file of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 53rd Court at Mumbai. Mr. Sathyanarayanan, learned counsel for the applicants, pointed out that despite the charge being framed on 31st March, 2017, there is no progress in the trial.
