Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this civil application seeking deletion of respondent Nos.3 to 11 from the array of respondents may not be permitted as they are necessary parties to the civil revision application. However, learned counsel for the applicant in the civil revision application submits that they are not necessary parties and presses for deletion.

Accordingly, deletion is granted subject to the risk and consequences of the applicant. If it is ultimately found that respondent Nos.3 to 11 were necessary parties, then, the civil revision application

Subject to aforesaid, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.
