In view of dismissal of the Civil Application for condonation of delay in filing the present appeal, Civil Application No.203/2016 for withdrawal of the awarded amount, filed by the original claimants does not survive. Hence, same stands rejected as infructuous.

Liberty granted to the original claimants to apply for restoration of the Application for withdrawal of the awarded amount, in case the present Civil Application for condonation of delay and the First Appeal is restored to file.
