Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Senior Jailor, Aurangabad Central Prison, Aurangabad submitted that, the Petitioner was released on temporary bail for a period of six months under the Orders of this Court from 2nd April 2022, however till date he has not returned back to the jail. 2.

In view of above, we are not inclined to entertain present Petition.

Petition is accordingly dismissed in limine.
