These appeals are challenging the conviction of the applicants in the matter of offence punishable u/s 8(c) r/w Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985.

Heard arguments on the application for bail during the pendency of the appeals. It is submitted that all the three applicants were on bail during the pendency of the trial, even after the conviction for three years each. They were granted bail till filing of the appeal.

Considering the circumstances and considering that the appeals will take rather longer time for final hearing and disposal and considering that all the applicants were convicted for imprisonment of three years each and considering that the fine amount is already paid, all the three applicants be released on same bail as granted by the trial Court but on fresh bond to be executed 2/3

before the trial court.
