Heard Mr. Kamat, learned Counsel for applicant. 2.

This is an application for recalling the order dated 16.11.2015, after condoning the delay of 147 days in filing the Civil Application.

Mr. Kamat submitted that copy of the C.R.A. was served on the other side. Copy of Civil Application No.510 of 2013 was supplied in the office. By conditional order dated 16.11.2015, two weeks time was granted to supply copies of memo, failing which C.R.A. was to stand dismissed for non-prosecution. Mr. Kamat assures that within one week from today, he will supply copy of Civil Application No.510 of 2013 to the office.

In view of the assurance, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) with no order as to costs. Applicant shall supply copy of Civil Application No.510 of 2013 in the office within one week from today.
